Terms of Service

Terms governing your use of the Autosay platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Autosay platform ("Service") operated by MSEB SOLUTIONS LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autosay is a SaaS platform that provides:

  • WhatsApp Business API integration and CRM
  • AI-powered chatbot trained on your product catalog
  • Visual IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flow builder
  • Product catalog import and management
  • Team inbox and conversation management
  • Broadcast messaging and campaign tools

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's Business Policy
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

5. WhatsApp Business Platform

Your use of WhatsApp through our Service is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You are responsible for complying with these policies. We are not liable for any actions taken by Meta regarding your WhatsApp Business account.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data, including product catalogs, customer information, and conversation histories. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Services

Our AI chatbot features are powered by third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI behavior through the platform's training and safety settings.

8. Subscription, Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

  • Plans: Starter (€49/month), Professional (€99/month), Enterprise (€249/month). Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes (VAT).
  • Free Trial: 7-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the remaining period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal. See our Refund Policy for full details.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email. Existing subscriptions maintain their current price until the next renewal after the notification period.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over a 7-day grace period. If payment is not received, your subscription will be suspended.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSEB SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSEB SOLUTIONS LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the procedures outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
