Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All Autosay plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be automatically downgraded to a limited free tier.

No charges are made during the trial period.

2. Subscription Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• New Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, regardless of usage.
• Renewal Payments: Full refund within 14 days of a renewal charge if you did not intend to renew or forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
• Service Issues: If the platform experiences significant downtime or service degradation that affects your business, we will issue a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Partial month usage after the 14-day refund window
• Subscription fees for months where the service was actively used beyond the refund period
• One-time setup fees or custom integration charges (if applicable)
• Add-on services consumed (e.g., additional AI message packs)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email: Send a refund request to [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the refund.
• In-App: Contact support through the CRM panel's Help section.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the CRM billing page. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription expires, after which it may be permanently deleted
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time by choosing a new plan

6. Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

• Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, the price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period and charged immediately.
• Downgrades: When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR (Euro). Applicable taxes (VAT) will be added during checkout based on your billing address. Taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
